Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Allow 4 - 6 weeks for the order to be processed and after payment has been made. The delivery will commence immediately after.
Q: How would my items be delivered locally?
A: For local delivery, we use courier service to deliver the items right to your home, office or choice of location.
Q: Do you provide international orders and delivery?
A: Yes we do. We take international orders, and items purchased are delivered to the desired country using airmail courier service to ensure safe and timely arrival.
Q: What are the local delivery and non-delivery days?
A: We provide normal delivery from Mon - Sat (9am - 6pm), except on Sundays or public holidays when we are closed. Special after hours (6pm - 9pm), and Sunday deliveries can be made upon request, and subject to availability of drivers.
