Magazines One Source Pte Ltd reserves the right to increase such subscription charges/rates and/or such number of issues accordingly during the course of the relevant subscription period, however and whenever it deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to availability and any availability information is subject to change without prior notice. Magazines One Source Pte Ltd reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order it receives for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.

Censorship In Singapore
Each country in Asia has its own censorship laws. Magazines One Source Pte Ltd works very closely with the respective local censorship authorities to ensure that all publications are permitted for circulation.
Once in a while, certain publications that are permissible for circulation may carry some objectionable articles or pictures in an occasional issue that are subject to censorship. When this happens, the following could result:
Due to the review by censorship authorities, the magazine can be delayed or pending. Some pages of the magazine issues could be removed. The magazine issues could also be banned for circulation.
When this happens, we will try our best to inform our subscribers on the outcome of the censorship. However, Magazines One Source Pte Ltd will replace with next issue without loss of quantity ordered for the issues that are not allowed for circulation by the local authorities.

Commencing Issues (Magazines)
Processing time may take 2-6 weeks based on availability of magazines. This lead time is necessary to allow for possible delays in case that we miss the publication deadline. Next issues will normally be delivered to your doorstep about 2 weeks after they are published.

Cancellations And Refunds (Our Guarantee)
To make you feel more comfortable in ordering magazines that you're not familiar with, Magazines One Source Pte Ltd allows cancellation of any consumer magazine within 45 days from the date of order. Upon cancellation, you'll get a refund for the remaining issues less a US$10.00 cancellation fee. You can opt to receive your refund either by cheque (for Singapore customer only), or by debiting your credit card account. Price

Missing Issues
Before each issue of your magazine arrives at your shipping address, we'll send an email to notify you that the magazine is on the way provided that you request for such service. Risk Of Loss And Damaged Goods
The risk of loss or damage of the purchased products during transportation shall pass on to you when the products are delivered to the carrier or carriers selected by Magazines One Source Pte Ltd. Magazines One Source Pte Ltd will not replace or compensate for an item that Magazines One Source Pte Ltd determines to have been damaged in transit.
Magazines One Source Pte Ltd is committed to send every issue of the magazine to you via SingPost or courier service. However, there might be some cases that magazines are lost or stolen from the postbox and we are not able to replace such issues. If an issue was undelivered due to an error on the part of Magazines One Source Pte Ltd, we will extend your subscription with an additional copy.

Subscription Renewal
As long as your current subscriptions are made through our www.magazines1source.com website, you can relax and never miss your magazine in a firm envelope. We make every effort to ensure that you'll continue to receive your magazines without interruption. Before the expiry of your subscription, we will send a reminder to you for renewal, so that you won't miss an issue.
